Vlogger who writes independent travel guides on his blog HanpaWorld added Balikci Murat Abi on his Istanbul Old Town tour guide.
On his youtube channelHanpaWorld shares videos he traveled around the world, went to Yerebatan Sarnici in the second day of his Istanbul visit. After that he tells how he find out about Balikci Murat Abi:
“After visiting the Yerebatan Sarnici, I was starting to get hungry. I remembered the fish bread I ate 2 days ago, but I felt too tired to go to Galata Bridge. So I researched on the internet. Good thing there was a mackerel kebab stand very close by.”
HanpaWorld said that its surprising he could find street delicacies on Google Maps and continued his review as follows:
“A friendly man welcomed us here. The mackerel was grilled just as we ordered. The delicious smell of the fish has already stimulated my appetite.
Even though it is a street stall, it has tables and stools. I ate my meal comfortably here.
I decided to order fish wrap today because I had bread sandwiches 2 days ago."
HanpaWorld, who went to Sultanahmet after eating a fish wrap at Balıkçı Murat Abi's stall, wrote on his blog that the fish wrap was so delicious that he wanted to order another one but changed his mind to have room for dinner.
